涂装前,室内水泥墙面及天花板表面必须稳固、平整、干燥、清洁和无浮尘,应注意:

    1. 湿度—湿度过高使涂膜与墙体附着力下降,造成涂膜起泡和发花,故湿度要求小于10%。

    2. 碱性—墙体内由于存在碱性物质或盐分,在干燥过程中会随湿气渗出至墙体表面,造成涂膜起泡和发花。应使这些物质彻底从墙体内渗出,至pH值小于10后方可涂装。

    3.墙面滋生的霉菌或苔鲜用防霉溶液处理,再用清水洗净,干燥。

● 旧墙(涂刷过乳胶漆)
